Affordable Care Act by Expanding Coverage for Adult Children up to age 26

On May 10, 2010, the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services and Treasury issued regulations implementing the Affordable Care Act by expanding coverage for adult children up to age 26. The benefits become effective for plan years beginning on or after Sept. 23, 2010. For calendar year plans, that will mean the provisions will become effective beginning Jan. 1, 2011.
Key elements include:
• Coverage Extended to More Children
• All Eligible Young Adults Will Have An Enrollment Opportunity
• Same Benefits/Same Price

With all this official posting I seen news items when companies are holding back benefits, asking for more paperwork; basically stalling.

State insurance commissioners and attorneys general are warning consumers about a new wave of scams that are exploiting uncertainties about the new health care law. 
Con artists may call, e-mail or show up at your door saying that under the law you must have health insurance or go to jail. They may even identify themselves as government officials and describe the policies they’re selling as “ObamaCare” insurance.
“People are terribly confused and in some cases frightened” about the new law, says Kim Holland, Oklahoma’s insurance commissioner and vice chair of
